Register for Forest Voices Choir

Thanks for your interest in Forest Voices!  To register for this group, there are two steps.  Please note that your child’s spot is not reserved until both of these steps are completed.

Step One

Fill out required forms, including this liability release and this additional info form. (Both take just a few minutes.)

If you are in financial need, we do have a limited number of scholarships available.  (As a breadwinner for my family, I’m more limited in the aid I can offer than a larger program serving more kids, but I try to do what I can.)  If you wish to request financial aid for this group, please also fill out our scholarship request form here. 

Step Two

Once your forms are filled out, you’re ready to submit payment.  Just choose your cohort, and select how you’d like to pay, (we offer both up front and monthly payment plans), and you’re good to go! 

After submitting payment, if you are a new family, there is one last thing to do, and that is to order your child’s t-shirt here. (You’ll also find this link in the product description when you go to register.)  This is our costume for performances, so it is required of all choir members.  Returning families may use this same link if you need to replace your child’s t-shirt or to purchase a larger size.

Q – Can my child try the group before we commit?

A – Free trials of Forest Voices Choir are available pending space availability.  To try the group, please email me at noevenable@gmail.com with your preferred location and day, and I’ll confirm availability.  Possible days / times to try the group are:

Monday, February 5th, 2024, 2:45 – 3:45 PM, Vallemar School

Tuesday, February 6th, 4 – 5 PM, Pacifica – Private Residence in Sharp Park  

Wednesday, February 7th, 4 – 5 PM, San Francisco, Noe Valley Ministry 

Thursday, February 8th, 2:45 – 3:45 PM, Pacifica, Sunset Ridge Elementary School.  (Enrolled Sunset Ridge students only) 

Sunday, February 11th, 10:30 – 11:30 AM, Oakland – Private residence in Temescal / Piedmont neighborhood  

Q – My child is younger than 7, can they come?

There will likely be a few kids in this group who are younger than 7.  Please reach out to me at noe@noevenable.com to discuss your specific situation.

Q – Can I pay in installments? 

A – Yes!  Here’s how to do it.  When you click through to the shop page to register, you’ll see several cohorts to choose from.  First, choose your desired cohort.  Then, under the “add to cart” button, click “more payment options.”  That takes you to a payment window where you’ll see “Shop Pay” as an option.  Click on Shop Pay to configure your desired payment plan.
